Why are you called 10ofThose? Do I have to buy 10?

10ofThose was started by Jonathan Carswell with the idea of getting good Christian resources out to as many people as possible. Starting as a hobby in his bedroom, 10ofThose has now grown to a company that distributes nearly a million items a year. We give God the glory! In the early days the work had no name, as it was just a hobby, but people had to buy in 10’s. Therefore, when the company was founded in 2007, the name it was given, was 10ofthose – taken from people ringing up and asking for “10 of those, 10 of those, and 10 of those”. The name stuck!

Now however you don’t have to buy 10. You can buy any number you like, from just 1. However, often the more you buy the cheaper it gets. We offer price breaks for 1, 5, 10, 25, and 100 copies on most titles. These are displayed on each product’s web page.

Where does my money go?

10ofThose is a limited company. We are not a charity, and we do not look for donations to subsidise our work. We are not however wanting to make ourselves wealthy from this work but rather, we want to see God’s kingdom grow. We use any profit to invest in book distribution around the world, either through 10ofThose or other organisations that seek to distribute resources that hold to our Basis of Faith.

I’ve found somewhere I can buy this book cheaper. What should I do? 

We try to be as competitive as possible and pass on what discount we can, although on some occasions we may not be the cheapest. But buying from us means that you are supporting the work we do, and helping spread the distribution of gospel resources across the UK and the rest of the world.

We’re sorry to hear that you are unable to login! There are various reasons why this could happen. It’s possible that you are using the guest check out and haven’t registered an account with us. Click Here to set up an account.

How do I buy a book through your website/use your checkout basket?

I live in what’s referred to as “The Rest of the World”, how much will my shipping be?

I’m afraid we don’t currently ship outside of North America and Canada from our US Website. You can visit our UK website where we can ship to most countries around the world. Shipping prices can be found here. We use various different international courier services, to ensure you get the best and cheapest service. Shipping can cost us more than the rate advertised on the website, but we will absorb this extra wherever possible.

How are my items delivered? How will I know when it’s coming?

We use USPS and UPS services to send your order to you. When your parcel leaves our warehouse we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s been dispatched.

Where is my order?

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times will vary but please allow 2–6 working days for your order to arrive with you. If when placing your order you know you need your resources by a certain date please inform the office. If you still haven’t received your order and you’re outside this time frame please do get in touch with us via email or on the phone (888) 227–0415.

I’m going on holiday but I want to order now, can I delay the dispatch?

Yes, the easiest way to do this is by leaving us a note on your order at the checkout stage. There’s a checkbox you can tick if you need to add special delivery instructions. If you’ve already placed your order and you want to delay the delivery, you can get in touch with us via email or phone us on (888) 227–0415.

I have a 10ofThose gift voucher. How can I use it?

Your voucher is redeemable on online sales, at the checkout. There you’ll see a box just underneath your basket subtotal where you can type in the code. You can only use your discount code once, so any credit left on the voucher will disappear if it’s not all used.

Vouchers and codes are currently limited to 1 per order.

My payment card has changed. How can I update it?

To change your saved card details first you need to login to the site , once logged in you should be directed to your account page, if not you can access this from the top right corner of the page.
From here you can click on Card Details from the options on the left hand side. 

You should then be able to remove saved card details by clicking the ‘x’ on the righthand side of the card.

You can then add another card, or proceed with your order and add your new card at the checkout stage.

The book I want to buy says it has a free eBook with it, how does that work?

10Publishing are pleased to be able to offer a free copy of the eBook whenever you buy the physical copy of one of our titles. This offer applies only on titles where the eBook version is available. This offer will also be available on a selected number of titles from other publishers.

All you need to do is add the book you want to your basket and if the free eBook is available for that title it will automatically be added to your order for free. Once you have completed your purchase a link to your free ebook will be provided on the screen and also sent to you via email.

This offer is subject to availability, and the offer can be withdrawn at anytime, without notice. Offer only applies to new purchases.

What do I do if I want to return something?

We ask that goods only be returned if faulty (unless otherwise agreed). Any faulty items need to be reported to us within 30 days of you receiving the order from us. We will refund/exchange the full cost within 30 days, excluding postage & packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected. Credit card refunds can only be returned to the card used for the original purchase. Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

We are unable to accept returns for eBooks or other digital content. Please note: Once purchased, eBooks cannot be refunded. If there is a problem with your eBook file please do get in touch and we will resolve this for you.Returns will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Form (RAF).If you wish to make a return, please request this form first.

What happens if one of my items is a Pre–Order item?

If a pre–order item is alone on your order, then we’ll send it out as soon as it is released.

If the pre–order item is ordered along with other items then we’ll split it, and send the rest on ahead. Your pre–order will then follow as soon as it is released.

There is no charge to you for the extra shipping in this case!
